Terms for the Keys Too Wealth program.

Welcome to William Leroy’s Keys Too Wealth program. These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and participation in the program, including both the “Aspiring Advocates” and “Strategic Partners” engagement avenues. By registering for, accessing or participating in any part of the program, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise accessing or using any part of the Keys Too Wealth program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or participate in the program.

2. Program Overview

The Keys Too Wealth program offers two primary engagement avenues:

  • Aspiring Advocates. This avenue provides access to William Leroy’s proprietary Keys Too Wealth course, focused on using Keys Too Wealth and its Income Triangle strategy to create multiple sources of income. Aspiring Advocates also have the opportunity to earn income by inviting others to the community.
  • Strategic Partners. This avenue provides access to an exclusive private community, select income opportunities and ventures that may be made available, and advanced Master Key strategies. Strategic Partners contribute to the growth of future Advocates.

3. Registration and Account Security

To access certain parts of the program, you must complete a registration form. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
  • Maintain and promptly update your registration information so that it remains accurate, current and complete.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your email address and password.
  • Be fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Free Entry Access Key (Aspiring Advocates)

Upon completing the Aspiring Advocate engagement application, you will receive a free entry access key to William Leroy’s proprietary Keys Too Wealth course module. This key is for your personal use only and may not be transferred or sold.

5. Partner Funding and Pass Key (Strategic Partners)

After completing their application, Strategic Partners are required to choose and fund an Aspiring Advocate in William Leroy’s proprietary Keys Too Wealth strategies. Upon successful completion of this funding, Partners will receive a pass key granting access to the exclusive private community and associated opportunities.

6. Income Opportunities and Guarantees

  • Aspiring Advocates. The program provides opportunities to learn how to use Keys Too Wealth and its Income Triangle strategy to create seven sources of income. The opportunity to earn income by inviting others is also provided. No specific income level or guarantee of income is promised or implied. Your success in earning income will depend on your individual efforts, market conditions and other factors outside our control.
  • Strategic Partners. The program offers access to select income opportunities and ventures that may be made available. No investment is entirely without risk, and no specific returns are guaranteed. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with all investments.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials and strategies provided within the Keys Too Wealth program, including but not limited to courses, modules, strategies and community discussions, are the exclusive property of William Leroy or his licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on our program without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use the Keys Too Wealth program only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to:

  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the program.
  • Use the program in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage or impair the site or interfere with any other party’s use of the program.
  • Use any robot, spider or other automatic device, process or means to access the program for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the program.
  • Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of the program, the server on which the program is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the program.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Keys Too Wealth program and all content, materials and services provided through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. William Leroy specifically disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy. William Leroy does not warrant that the program will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event will William Leroy, his affiliates or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Keys Too Wealth program, any websites linked to it, or any content on the program or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless William Leroy, his affiliates, licensors and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Keys Too Wealth program, including, but not limited to, your user contributions, any use of the program’s content, services and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms and Conditions, or your use of any information obtained from the program.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Keys Too Wealth program and these Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or related to them (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Maryland, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms and Conditions or the Keys Too Wealth program shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Maryland located in Prince George’s County, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms and Conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may revise and update these Terms and Conditions from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Keys Too Wealth program thereafter. Your continued use of the program following the posting of revised Terms and Conditions means that you accept and agree to the changes.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and William Leroy regarding the Keys Too Wealth program and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the program.
